Real customer here, Engage Bay has great customer service. Works for managing our customers, tickets, deals and our static webpages. Would recommend. They do like to communicate via phone call during sign up but it is legit. Every live chat has been answered timely even after sign up, which was important for us. Thank you

I have to say EngageBay is a breath of fresh air!

I have to say EngageBay is a breath of fresh air. It is a extremely intuitive program and is not hard to use. Whenever I have a question, customer support is there to help, and they go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. This alone makes this program worth buying. We needed an all-in-one program like HubSpot, but we could not come close to paying their fees. Then we found EngageBay, and they are an all-in-one program for a fraction of the cost.
