DKIM assistance

Bob was a great help when I was trying to setup up DKIM records for my website. Before that I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why I wasn't able to verify my records and I could not figure it out... until I got help

Bob Smith took the time to double check the record verification information necessary to resume functionality. He identified why it was not verifying and walked me through how to correct it. Great value and customer service

I've been using EngageBay for a couple of years. I work for a start-up so I was looking for a CRM that offers good value...and I found it! It has all the features included in more expensive CRMs and the customer service can't be beat. They're available to answer my questions as soon as I reach out on chat.

Emails going to spam folder = losing business

I needed technical assistance because emails were ending up in clients' spam folders, making them ineffective. While trying to understand the DKIM and SPF settings, a chat app popped up offering help. Luckily, I was connected to Bob Smith, a real person, who efficiently guided me through everything. He spent a good hour or two meticulously going through all the settings and helping me get everything 100% correct. Thank you, Bob—I really appreciate your patience and courtesy.

It helps me in managing the deals with an ease. Their kanban view gives me an over all glance of my deals and it is easy to move the deals from one stage to another stage using the drag and drop. It is a great product with excellent support.
