I really like to use EndNote

I really like to use EndNote. It's really easy when you work with it. But EndNote should have some different offers for researchers at affordable prices.

Great research organization tool!

EndNote has been an outstanding bibliography software.

EndNote has been an outstanding bibliography software for me. I have been able to search and incorporate appropriate references as I am writing. Also, a lot of the original articles are readily available (PDF files). The learning curve of using EndNote has not been that steep, and it has made my writing experience almost effortless.

Handy software, but three glitches need fixing

In recent versions of EndNote, I've encountered three glitches that need fixing. First, when I click "Find Reference Updates", I can Update All Fields and Update Empty Fields, but I can no longer Edit Reference. I can't copy & paste from the online information, and I can't type into my version of the reference. Second, and related, I used to be able to delete a section in my version of the reference and then hit "Update Empty Fields" and continue editing, but now the program closes the ...

It can be clunky and frustrating sometimes but it works.

Ask the Users BEFORE changing program functionality

It would be nice if existing users of the product were queried prior to revisions of the product to see whether the inclusion or removal of a feature is desired. For instance, on older versions of the program, there was a thumbnail of attachments for any particular entry. This made it easy to see the quality of the attachment or whether there were multiple versions of the attachment tied to a particular entry. This is overall an excellent product

This is overall an excellent product. It really works. However, some items that are used frequently are difficult to find in the menus. For example, unformatting citations is done often and it should be located up front as a large button that is easy to find. You seem to focus on correcting elements of the program that are rarely used and do not attend to usual operations challenges.

Outdated Error prone serviceable tool

The interface is old and clunky—-and the importing of citations from the online database are just riddled with errors. End note has a tough time with Chicago and online citations—-treats internet like it is 1997. Please please please have a real researcher show you whats wrong.
