What do you like best? It is very easy to use, especially from a smart phone. My clients love using it. What do you dislike? So far I have been very satisfied and have not found anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives me the ability to send and received secure documents easily without having my clients set up an account.

Perfect Solution

What do you like best? I like how Encyro makes it easy for clients to upload sensitive documents through my upload page and how they don't even have to create and remember their password (unless they want to). What do you dislike? Nothing really that I dislike. Encyro is simple, and does what I need it to do. An integration with Gmail/Google Drive and other features might be nice, but i think Encyro's biggest stregnth is it's simplicity, and too many new features could take away from ...

Great platform!

What do you like best? It's easy for both me and my clients to use! No crazy sign-in and authorization... just click a link and you can access your docs on a secure platform :) What do you dislike? I don't love that the links expire... some of my clients are slow Recommendations to others considering the product: Can I integrate with Drake?? That would be amazing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tax info security!

Excellent Product

What do you like best? Easy to use! Fast and very responsive software program. What do you dislike? I do wish it kept the secured emails I send instead of only keeping them a maximum of 14 days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Encyro has made my emailing and reporting to various contacts easy and much more efficient.

What do you like best? The outlook plugin helps to speed up the process to send data to clients. What do you dislike? If there was a way to possibly save credentials in the Outlook plugin for a specified amount of time. It feels like you need to authenticate every time you use it in my experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily sending SECURE data to clients. Truly promoting security-first in my IT consulting endeavors.

What do you like best? I like that I can keep all my files for all different clients in one, secure, online platform. What do you dislike? I dislike that I cannot group emails from different senders into the same folder and that I cannot alphabetize said folders Recommendations to others considering the product: Alphabetizing folders and showing them just vertically, not horizontal/vertical. Easy to use for any business!

What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the portal. My clients can easily drop in their documents and I get it immediately. I called it my secure Dropbox for my clients. I have lots of sensitive information that needs to be sent and I always can count on Encyro to deliver it to me. Encyro makes sending email securely easy

What do you like best? Encyro makes sending encrypted emails easy as no password is required. What do you dislike? Currently there is nothing i dislike about Encyro. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Encyro has allowed our Company to securely send and receive emails.

Easy way to send files safely

What do you like best? Outlook integration is great. It is great to provide peace of mind for clients who have security concerns. What do you dislike? I would love if it could integrate with the Microsoft Office version of Outlook for Mac. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before using the software, we did not have a firm-wide encryption policy. Our firm is now fully compliant with sending sensitive data via encrypted delivery.
