"Simple and useful friendly"

What do you like best about Enable? Sales base are defined well to summarize data to product category What do you dislike about Enable? Minimize the number of steps to get the data upload What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales reporting and rebate calculations are simplified and uploaded. A distributor agreement is viewable to both parties. This avoids potential disputes.

"The portal is good, but the procces adds work on supplier staff"

What do you like best about Enable? Rebate processing at the end of the year will be faster. What do you dislike about Enable? There is a lot of data manipulation to meet the template requirement. What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you? Problem with 2021 rebate agreement signature. We did not see the agreement. No benefit for our organization. It adds work for our employees. The advantage is for Rexel and not for us.

"Complete Rebate Management Solution"

What do you like best about Enable? The ability to manage and forecast all of our existing rebate programs in one easy to use location. What do you dislike about Enable? Lack of integration with my current ERP software. What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to track in real time rebate accruals. The ability to make more informed purchasing decisions based on both realized accurals as well as forecasted projects is invaluable.

"Easy and quick to use"

What do you like best about Enable? this system allowed for a smooth agreement process in a very quick time frame What do you dislike about Enable? to multi-factor authorization code emails What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you? the need to store paper copies in the office locations when the office is closed

Used to poor service....

We are so used to poor, begrudging and minimal service, that it comes as a great surprise to have anything but!I visited here with my daughter on the previous Friday, and needed support as I am very deaf!We had the pleasure of being professionally attended to by Lewis, whose patience, and good humour was much appreciated.I ordered a hands control system for my car, which was urgent, as I was unsafe with normal controls!Unbelievably, this was scheduled for the following Wednesday, and not ...

The Enable Experience

I have been working with Enable for around 2 years now on my Rebates system. They have produced an effective and efficient system for me which is proving to be a massive benefit. Any issues we have had along the way have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Great staff who are friendly and helpful has made the process all the easier. I look forward to continuing our development with them.
