What do you like best about Employee Navigator? It's so user friendly and our team at EBMG make working with the system that much easier. It also intergrates with Paycor seemlessly so our full cycle of status changes, onboarding, etc. has been so much more efficient.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? I like that it send regular reminders for employees to sign up for benefits. Its gives them the option to change aspects during the year such as adding a child, spouse, etc. From an HR perspective, it's easy for me to see what plan(s) employees have elected, what their deductions should be and when they are eligible, with just a few clicks of the mouse.
