What do you like best about Employee Navigator? It's so user friendly and our team at EBMG make working with the system that much easier. It also intergrates with Paycor seemlessly so our full cycle of status changes, onboarding, etc. has been so much more efficient.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? I like that it send regular reminders for employees to sign up for benefits. Its gives them the option to change aspects during the year such as adding a child, spouse, etc. From an HR perspective, it's easy for me to see what plan(s) employees have elected, what their deductions should be and when they are eligible, with just a few clicks of the mouse. What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Employee Navigator is the key to our Group Benefits success. I love the smooth implementation and enrollment process, as well as the great customer service they have. I have never waiting longer than 20 seconds for a team member to pick up and answer my usually dumb questions.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Paper no longer needed. Provides a one-stop-shop for benefit administration, HR tasks, PTO, and ACA administration. Wide range of integrations with benefit carriers, payroll, etc.
