What do you like best about Employa? Employa is an amazing tool for candidate sourcing. We used to source candidates within our ATS but it was time-consuming and inefficient. Employa perfectly integrates with our ATS and solves the problem with a long sourcing process. It's quite easy to pick and set the search criteria as the software allows you to drag and drop it.
