What do you like best? I like it's concept . easy to handle . Best support. What do you dislike? Recovering save set in NAS made my life very difficult. Recommendations to others considering the product Make EMC do a test period before you use it and send an engineer to training first. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Backup of VMWARE is not efficient as other product.

What do you like best? Networker Simplified my backup solution with the ease of deploying the clients to different servers What do you dislike? The java based front end was a bit clunky and difficult to use sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The Command line interface is very flexible and can be used to automate backups through cron. What do you dislike? The complete lack of support from EMC. We had less than 1000 servers, Windows, Unix mix. We had massive failures that EMC could NOT figure out.
