"Ok experience, but might be improved"

What do you like best about Emburse Certify Expense? Good accounting of expense, but it would be nice to make it more obvious what is owed/paid to me as a bottom line, when a corp card is in use for some expenses. The phone app is good, but I had to submit a receipt more than once to get it to finally show up....minor grip really.
