Great software, great service
I have really benefited from using Ember! The software is very easy to use, and helps create the much-needed overview of finances. The personal service is great too, I always receive an immediate answer to my questions. I use Ember for my Ltd company and it's a relief to have my accounting taken care of.

Just superb
Over the past 2 years I moved from one accountant who went AWOL, to another who responded months after any enquiry. I chose Ember after being showed the platform along with patience and helpfulness shown by Steve when discussing the migration. What is even more gratifying is that once onboard the service continues to be exemplary. Finally I feel that I have accountants who respond quickly, don't talk in jargon, and are genuinely interested enough to think through any issues.

Ember has been amazing from the get-go!
Ember has been amazing from the get-go, great service and very friendly staff. The software is easy to use and I'm mostly delighted by how quick my accounts got done and submitted. I highly, highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service
I was struggling with understanding my tax submission so I jumped onto the free online chat and within a day of back and forth, Ember had laid out my options and gave me sound advice without trying to charge me. Great customer service.

As a self-employed person I've always found accounting and doing my own self-assessment very intimidating. I'm glad I stumbled upon Ember who were on hand to help me out and save me some money in the process! Big thanks especially to Steven who was very helpful with my many questions.

The future of accounting!
The team at Ember have done an amazing job of registering my new limited company and holding my hand through the initial setup of my business. Their app is awesome and I love being able to get help from real, super friendly people through the integrated chat. I really think this is the future of accounting!

Great app for new business owners/freelancers
Takes a bit of time to get your head into if you have no prior experience with accounting/accounting software, but they have a great team that are usually pretty quick to respond with help.

Fantastic system and service
Fantastic system and service. Accountants available to help but the documents are clear and helpful in themselves. Each category for purchases has a clear explanation so it's much easier to categorise things yourself. Dashboard is clear in terms of balance, cash due in and cash due out.
