What do you like best about Emarsys? Emarsys provides an exceptional experience as a user-friendly and innovative platform. The block-based templates are not only simple and easy to use, but also incredibly efficient, offering a smooth and fast user experience. The platform also has seamless integrations with other platforms such as our new SMS provider. It also introduces unique features such as barcode generation that we hadn't had the chance to use in the past but we're excited to explore.

We have been able to target customers in many different ways using block targeting and segmentations. I also really like how quickly I can get in touch with either Customer Support or our Client Success Manager to find solutions to any issues we have. The platform is easy to navigate overall.
