What do you like best about Emarsys? Emarsys provides an exceptional experience as a user-friendly and innovative platform. The block-based templates are not only simple and easy to use, but also incredibly efficient, offering a smooth and fast user experience. The platform also has seamless integrations with other platforms such as our new SMS provider. It also introduces unique features such as barcode generation that we hadn't had the chance to use in the past but we're excited to explore.

What do you like best about Emarsys? Emarsys makes it easy to view data for emails & customers and tailor your email marketing based on that data. We have been able to target customers in many different ways using block targeting and segmentations. I also really like how quickly I can get in touch with either Customer Support or our Client Success Manager to find solutions to any issues we have. The platform is easy to navigate overall.

What do you like best about Emarsys? Easy to use block system, good support system with a Client Success Manager, who is there to help you with every question you might have and reliable at all times - in four years I only experienced one down time
