What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? Flexibility of eMaint to set up systems, processes, reports for a multitude of business models or business functions What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? Administration is not always intuitive or user friendly. What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? The system is very flexible and administrators have total control over which functions users can or can't access. Tech support is excellent! Every time I have reached out with a question or for help, my issue is resolved very quickly and typically in one phone call. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? It is good on a laptop better on desktop What problems is eMaint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you? Look up and referencing is great. Setting up automatic emails for Work Order is a benefit I did not think I would use as much.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? There is none I do not like about eMaint. This system has answered just about every question for almost every scenario we have come across so far. Like any new program, it takes time to learn the ins-and-out.
