We are fans!
What do you like best? We have been using elev.io since 2015 and we have been fans ever since. We love how easy it is to write articles in multiple languages and then make it easily accessible to users in our e-learning platform. What do you dislike? There aren't any downsides that would currently make any other supplier a better fit for us. Great software to cover your onboarding & self service needs.
What do you like best? Elevio has a clear focus with their features around onboarding & self-help and they work together exceptionally well. We started off just with the assistant and now started to replace more and more of our existing solutions with elev.io features - for example contact and feedback forms (elevio modules) or the hosted KB. Simple, Flexible and Useful
What do you like best? It was very easy to setup Elev.io and get up and running quickly. Their support is responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? There are a couple of features that we would like, including the ability to use language translations in the text or articles. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Elev.io allows our users to self-service their training in our application.

One of the best tools for self service in app
What do you like best? This is a well designed tool that has just about everything you need for success. Ours easily integrated with ZenDesk Help Center and quickly started providing a path to self service for our users. Its easy to use intuitive to manage and has excellent support. Elevio for In-Line Support
What do you like best? Elevio makes it simple to provide contextual support to our customers. It enables us to provide in-line support for our website. Elevio is everything you require for your content management
What do you like best? I like the interface which is easy to understand. It does not require any learning from your side and so once you register, you can immediately start working on it. Great tool for your client support needs.
What do you like best? You can do almost anything and it integrates with most of our support stack (Intercom and Freshdesk). It is also super customizable, it holds our knowledge base, it allows customers to track the progress of tickets they've created, you can integrate and unique pages you have (and name them as you'd like) and even start a suggestion box for clients. What do you like best? We use elevio for our customer help center knowledge base, virtual walkthroughs and chat support. The tool is simple, elegant and user-friendly. Good system that is really useful
What do you like best? The interface is really rasy to use and only takes moments to get up and running. What do you dislike? Limited customisation options. You can overwrite with css, but it isn't guaranteed the changes will disappear over night with an uodate to their system.
