Love the Elementor Pro product
Love the Elementor Pro product. It makes building beautiful websites so easy. Technical Support is top notch also, very helpful and quick to respond for the occasional thing I just can't figure out.

BEST Customer Support
Customer Support. Everything moves at 100mph today, especially on the internet. The most frustrating thing is to not get fast help when you need it. John Lex was available for a live chat, logged into my staging site, found and fixed the problem, AND explained to me what I did wrong so that I didn’t repeat it. Anytime a customer support person can not only fix a problem but make me better at what I do? THAT’S top shelf. Thanks John!

Excellent support- I really appreciated the quality of service, the courtesy, and especially the patience in trying to understand my problem but especially in putting up with the fact that the problem was not caused by them, but by a different plug-in. They discovered it and kindly and professionally explained it to me. That alone is worth the price of the ticket. Elementor is a great product with excellent customer service.
