Fantastic product! Definitely recommend, but see pros/cons

What do you like best? The interface was great! It let management roll-out pretty quick on our end, since less time had to be spend training everyone. On top of that, I had a pretty easy time putting my rather moderate coding background to good use to add some nifty features on my own for automation. What do you dislike?
