"Awful and risky"
What do you like best about Electric? Electric wasn't helpful. We paid Electric to essentially support ourselves. What do you dislike about Electric? Level 1 support mostly useless taking hours or even days to address simple requests. Let firewall update service lapse. Never once managed wifi access points. What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you? Very few if any.

"Best for small companies with limited IT needs and no in-house support"
What do you like best about Electric? My favorite thing about Electric is its Slack integration. We are a Slack-heavy culture, so it's been great to access them there directly when any of our users need help. Their response time is usually pretty solid as well. What do you dislike about Electric? This may be more symptomatic of our scaling pain points, but Electric is somewhat disorganized with managing our stack and troubleshooting issues. "Fantastic alternative to traditional IT services"
What do you like best about Electric? What I enjoy best is Electric's ability to take something seen as bespoke and turn it into a consistent service offering. What do you dislike about Electric? Nothing in particular. Perhaps a phone or email option for those who just do not function well with Slack. What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you? Electric handles all our IT needs so that we can focus our internal resources on our customers problems.

What do you like best about Electric? Electric AI has been an incredible partner in bringing our entire IT environment up to the standards needed as our company has scaled. What do you like best about Electric? Love communicating with Electric via Slack. Makes it easy to track conversations and the status of requests. What do you like best about Electric? Electric is very helpful in streamlining the on and offboarding process! I have found value in the automation this provides, and it cuts down on the time that I have to spend making sure that accounts have been created, welcome emails have been sent, and the new hires have been entered into our systems. "Helpdesk simplified"
What do you like best about Electric? Electric provided a seamless experience for our employees. It's easy to chat via Slack, and employees are getting faster service. What do you dislike about Electric? Nothing - our experience has been great and easy to use What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to save 3 full-time roles by using Electric. We have more tech coverage and an easy-to-use employee system.

"Great solution for niche needs"
What do you like best about Electric? Electric is a great solution for companies who need IT support, but do not want to hire in-house (either they're too small, or fully remote like us with different priorities.) My favorite feature is the help desk integrated into Slack. It's nice to not have to deal with downloading additional software. What do you like best about Electric? The customer service team is quick to reply on Slack. Their platform is very user-friendly and makes onboarding new employees easy. What do you dislike about Electric? We hire new employees very quickly, with an immediate start date.
