Elasticsearch is very one of best nosql db .
What do you like best? We have recently used elastic search for our alerting and monitoring and have used elastic search as data store and search engine and had amazing results. Best search engine out there for REST!
What do you like best? Very good REST API support to search and index documents/ data. The documentation is pretty solid and verbose as well which makes it easy to understand and write queries. Very good support for issues. They even released elastic cloud recently which makes it even better to set up clusters and interact with your data. What do you dislike? Wish the REST browser plugin was still supported. But it's fine without it as well What problems are you solving with the ...

Best search engine out there for REST!

What do you like best? full text search, statistical info on words, n-grams, bag of words occurrences, speed What do you dislike? some feature like term vectors is limited at each node, so each node of your cluster has his own statistics. if i delete, update a document statistics don' t change. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? i am building a Search Engine

What do you like best? Elastic Search makes it easy to take machine data and log data and search and view it. Numeric data is easy to graph, especially system performance metrics. There are large number of different dashboards and visualization types available. What do you dislike? The biggest challenge is that the data has to be perfectly formatted at ingestion. What do you like best? Easy to integrate with other applications. Kibana for visualization provides so many options to work over elastic search data. What do you dislike? The setup looks a bit complicated with too many confusing terms like index, id, document, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using elastic search to dump the output from my big data projects. The analyses data is later used in kibana for visualization
