What do you like best about Eightfold AI? What I like best with Eightfold is it provides insights per candidate according to the calibration details of the position. Using insights, we can see which skills are available to the candidate and which skills are not present. It helps us to analyze the candidate profiles better. It also offers diversity metrics which is helpful for our organization which puts high value on diversity and inclusion.
