What do you like best about Eightfold AI? Nothing. I think Eightfold could be a very powerful ATS system. It has the ability to message candidates, move them through the process, etc. They would have to add additional features to make it an ATS. I cannot say anything good about this tool, unfortunately.

What do you like best about Eightfold AI? My favorite part of Eightfold is that it allows us to review hundreds, thousands, even tens of thousands of applicants in one area. The calibration is an efficient way of confirming everything about the position with the Hiring Leader

What do you like best about Eightfold AI? Eightfold was a very useful tool when it came to identifying qualified profiles, especially in a high volume req. It was easy to shortlist, and if calibrated accurately, you will net top candidates.
