simply incredible, easy and SAFE for the clients!!

What do you like best? I love it, simply the registration was very simple and when observing the interface I noticed the simplicity of using this software, it has helped me a lot and I feel safe. The colors are elegant and it is easy to remember all the elements. But what I like the most is customer service, they always respond quickly, helping to solve any problem that occurs, I love it and could recommend it to anyone without any doubt. What do you dislike? I have not found problems ...

Reliable and secure

What do you like best? Our clients trust the platform as much as we do and the clients handle their own account provisioning, which eliminates password resets our end :) What do you dislike? Only dislikes are missing features, like grouping users so that each time we create a Zone we can assign the Ops group admin level permission, rather than individuals. Recommendations to others considering the product: The UI is very simple, you should be able to work things out without ...

Well rounded but still room to improve

What do you like best? Integration with Outlook is the best part for us as we primarily deal with O365 with our clients. Though not intuitive from the start, we love the ability to customise a lot of features for our clients, either on a root level, organisation or individual user. What do you dislike? Lack of OSX integration with Outlook is a bit of a bummer for some of our clients and also that Microsoft keeps pushing updates that screw with the functionality of Egress, often ...

Might be more than you need, but for end to end encryption it's pretty good

What do you like best? Once configured it's pretty easy to run with ADFS integration and an ADMX template to easily customise the user experience. Past versions of the plug in have been a little tricky to install automatically, but since version 5 it's been good. What do you dislike? Configuring the rules engine is far from intuitive, but the support team are excellent and will help with whatever you need. Administration generally isn't very intuitive, but that is improving through ...

Their staff has subject matter experts and product owners who are friendly and who answered all of our questions. What do you dislike? The environment works well, so far we have not had any complaints. Recommendations to others considering the product: for those sharing data of a sensitive nature, this ...

Egress, robust and well managed file sharing platform

What do you like best? The key thing I like best about egress is simplicity and clarity for our users - in addition they are easy to engage and talk to, and the platform has well thought out features and functions What do you dislike? I initially disliked user management, it was disjointed and unclear - however now that have progressed with SSO this is much more simplified Recommendations to others considering the product: use with SSO What problems are you solving with the ...

Egress easy to use

What do you like best? I can create secure messages and/or packages for employees or fellow administrators knowing no one else can access our information. What do you dislike? The pop up is constant but it does remind you to use the program Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and absolutely affordable, give your employees time to learn the programs ins and outs. It is worth the time to train them and it will secure your documents and transactions. Pain ...

A step in the right direction for secure file exchange

What do you like best? There are many times in my line of work when I have to transfer a large file, a large number of files, or a confidential file (or confidential information) to someone within my organization. Traditional email is usually not the best way to transfer such files, either due to an attachment size limit or the non-secure nature of non-encrypted emails. Moreover, transferring such files over the cloud may not always be secure (nor is transferring paper copies of ...
