What do you like best? I love how conveniently Egress provides human layer security for organizations to share confidential and sensitive data. It ensures that all of our data is protected from any risk of them getting breached on any digital level. Control of security is something that gives organizations quite a relief to keep functioning productively.

Security of my emails with Egress.

What do you like best? The setup was very straightforward, and I found the ease of using this program while studying the GUI. This has benefited me in a tremendous way and I feel secure. The colours are sophisticated, and all of the features are easy to recall. What I enjoy best is customer support, they still respond swiftly, trying to fix any issue that may arise. What do you like best? The tech team really know their stuff and are able to advise on pretty much any configuration which takes the strain off of implementation. What do you dislike? Nothing! Easy to Use

What do you like best? The User interface is tidy, the product is very easy to install and use, and even novice users are able to make use of the system with very little trouble. What do you dislike? Lack of history / sent retention - some users forget to tick the 'also send a copy to me' button - maybe as a sysadmin we could enforce this to default to on? Very easy to use

What do you like best? It’s so easy to encrypt an email. Easy to see messages that you have sent encrypted What do you dislike? Nothing egress is easy and convenient... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work in IT and I support the product. We have to guide external users through how to create an account

Great solution at a great price

What do you like best? Support was great, customisable branding, fairly simple product and you can tailor it to your organisation e.g. you can set rules and key words to classify data. What do you dislike? when we launched there was no azure integration. That has since been implemented. Recommendations to others considering the product: Check that it meets all your requirements. What do you like best? Everyone is helpful from design/implementation and support. The solution itself works well and is in constant use in our organisation. What do you dislike? Not much at all, only improvement could be more customisation available to end user on the solution. Egress secure email

What do you like best? Internal ease of use, tightly integrated in to Outlook for all users making it 'almost' transparent. What do you dislike? Recipient portal is cumbersome to use in high volume email transactions. Recommendations to others considering the product: Run a full test implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to check if an email has been delivered, opened and if necessary rescind is very useful.
