What do you dislike? i primarily used the platform to store and share file folders. it was good for my purpose. seemed like a pretty basic platform that was easy to use. What do you like best? I like the file storage aspect of it, keeps stuff off the network What do you dislike? The administrative role of it. It's very limited What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Public Defenders are using it as a file dump. It's easy in the sense it goes relatively quickly.

What do you like best? If used properly by all parties, this program can help keep everyone together and keep documentation workflows consistent. What do you dislike? If anyone works offline or forgets to check if they are online or not, it often creates a conflicting copy. What do you like best? I like the ease of saving everything in one place and the shareability it has for both internal and external parties. What do you dislike? Some of the file sizes we have are not supported by sharing on online products like excel docs, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Egnyte comes with a ton of features for user administration. My favorite one is the one that allows me to share a custom folder with a prospective customer, buyers or clients. It's as simple as adding a connection to share a folder and it can be done. It can also be done by just creating a customer profile so that they can log into it when they need to upload documents. What do you like best? I love the installment that is customizable that Egnyte allows. I can structure folders in a means which is reasonable for my group and me, sharing with associates and providing permissions. It is not a one-size-fits-all strategy, and that is! What do you like best? It is super easy to upload or download the documents and easy to share the links between different groups and peoples What do you dislike? It is annoying to edit documents. Sometimes it keeps saving copies and this can be painful. The online edit does not work well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Secure sharing with the teams is quite possible and easy to do. It can be accessed from anywhere.
