I've had a very positive experience, it's quick and easy and doesn't require any extra steps you can add a password if needed, but not required. most clients, team are successful in accessing the files shared. This is definitely my preferred method of sending confidential documents. We enjoy the enterprise level features available to administrators, and the levels of security for all different users. What do you like best? Access it from anywhere. Always reliable. What do you dislike? Would be helpful to have someone help onboard. Graphical interface isn't the most exciting. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps us share files - with our team, with consultants etc. No need to maintain a server in the office.
