What do you like best? Ability to access via Web, Android App great Windows 10 integration. Easily drag and drop files because Egnyte is easily accessible in the file manager. During trial and error, you can use the program to map specific folders to a drive. It's tricky but I eventually figured it out. Lost important work with Egnyte Connect

What do you like best? I like to have cloud-based backup of data. What do you dislike? I lost a week's worth of work by not realizing that Egnyte Connect does not save a Word document until you EXIT THE DOCUMENT. During a two-week period, I was aving my work through the Word "save" function, but there was no cue that the document was not actually saved. My 100+ pages were lost when the computer crashed. Effective Filing System

What do you like best? It has a simple and easy to use system for filing. What do you dislike? I have a lot of issues with Webedit, and often there is trouble saving files. Luckily Egnyte has some backup protocols that ensures my files are saved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made our organizations longterm filing possible, so we have records from both online and in hard copy.

Good value but much room to improve product-wise

What do you like best? The flexibility for working with different teams of user while paying for the same plan. I had 20 different users on a 10 users plan, but not at the same time. So I disabled the inactive ones and activated the ones I needed for short term projects very easily. What do you dislike? Egnyte is an excellent cloud platform for all the brokers in our company to access other brokers' files for information or to access administrative files.
