"Customer Mail Management"
What do you like best about eGain Mail? Given the rapid pace of today, I quite like the fact that this company or site is offering to relate and manage customer mails on behalf of the owner or staff. I'm sure there are many features additional to this but I also know for certain that many will make use of such sites, myself included. "Gets the job done but not the most user friendly. "
What do you like best about eGain Mail? I like that it has templates that I can easily input into my email. What do you dislike about eGain Mail? Too many different things makes it difficult to navigate easily. What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you? I am answering customers emails so they don’t have to call in. It’s nice when our phones are busy, customers can still get their issues resolved via email.

What do you like best about eGain Mail? Customizable, attractive interface, strong customer support base What do you dislike about eGain Mail? Certain fields have arbitrary titles and do not have sufficient descriptions What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits include automated notifications that can be set up, allowing us to get reports daily, weekly, etc.
