What do you like best? HR can access the files remotely with ease. We have several HR employees in different offices and states so this system allows for all HR practitioners access to files. What do you like best? It is easy to organize our client information in layers of folders. We scan all of our client information and save it electronically. It has always worked like a charm. It is very easy to teach a new employee how to use, and the search feature helps us fine what we are looking for. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use, flexibility. I like the fact that storage is unlimited. What do you dislike? Would be great if it was a CRM program in addition to a storage solution. What do you like best? What I liked best about eFileCabinet is the ability to view the document in the browser prior to check-out. This allowed me to quickly scroll through documents, view them, and locate the one I needed without having to check-in and check-out. What do you like best? Easy drag and drop files, easy print to cabinet to save. Software is pretty quick to pull up documents. Like the search features. What do you like best? When we started using Efile cabinet 10 years ago we were just so floored what it can do. We don't have to store boxes and boxes of documents and to have several users access and pull the info was a plus. It was so user friendly and no maintenance at all. What do you dislike?
