What do you like best? It's easy to install and maintain. The interface is easy for our employees to understand. Searching is intuitive. Efficient and Inexpensive Electronic Storage System

What do you like best? I like the overall simplicity of the system. I also like that the system is online so I can access it remotely, from anywhere. What do you like best? The ease of adding groups multiple documents at a time and delete on store. Adding and removing access shared access to only specific file. Very helpful! I Really like that it deletes on store because have you ever uploaded a file or thought you did? Accidental delete something that you were not supposed to? Could never go back to not using this product!

What do you like best? The ease of using efile and customization of the product by creating our own cabinets and file folders. I also like that you can limit staff access to certain cabinets. What do you dislike? If you search for a file it will pull up the choice(s) but not sure where they are located. Everyone struggles with this at my location. Very organized.

What do you like best? Easy to use, great for organizational skills. What do you dislike? Will go down from time to time, which can be inconvenient. What do you like best? eFile cabinet is very user friendly. It is a system that I personally use daily. We have moved to paperless file system and eFile couldn't be a better fit for our company. Easy to use and works well.

What do you like best? I've been using it for over a year and it is simple and easy to use. We sign up our tax clients as guest users, create a drawer in the file cabinet, then they can upload documents for us and we are able to retrieve them with ease. It's also no problem to upload documents for clients and for them to download. You can get emails as an administrator when something is uploaded and also get notifications when you login to the website. That's all I need to do and I don't ...
