eFile Cabinet use in our business environment

What do you like best? This is a helpful product in for the storage and use of documents across our company. We are able to use permissions to allow various groups to access the information stored. It also allows a convenient platform for structured storage and search. What do you dislike? We have had a couple of random failures after updates. What do you like best? I found that since using eFileCabinet, I have saved a lot of valuable time by being able to send documents via, fax, etc. Reduces file cabinet searching time and therefore has saved valuable work time. Really like using this software, a real useful tool to have

What do you like best? I really like the ease of access to files I have saved in EFC. I also love the "Apply template" feature that saves me time when creating a new customer. I have been also using the Zonal OCR software which saves a lot of time. What do you dislike? Zonal OCR is mainly good, but many times I need to go after and correct the information that was scanned incorrectly. What do you like best? The Sidekick is my most-used feature. I also love that you can preview a document before opening or checking out. Good foundation - need to fix some things

What do you like best? The ability to move things quickly from hard drive to eFile What do you dislike? Setting up guests to use is klunky - have to email each time the criteria for the password - many guest assume there is a pre-assigned password and all don't realize you create one then and there and then I have to let them know the criteria - eFile should limit the criteria - make it standard so the email to the guest clearly explains how to access. Great system

What do you like best? Very easy to use and has a lot of functionalities. I like that has some add-on for desktop for easy scanning. It is a complete solution. It has great way for collaboration as well. This system is cloud based which big plus and it is also HIPAA complaint. No need to host it in-house and deal with maintenance and update.
