What do you like best? I love the ease of scanning in and putting into drawers. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about it Recommendations to others considering the product: Be patient while starting like any new product you have to learn how to use it. What do you like best? eFileCabinet is so easy to use. And it really streamlined our file storage. What do you dislike? We don't really have any real problems. It does take time to transition but that was mostly on our end and not theirs. eFileCabinet is easy to use and integrates wonderfully as a printer option on phones and computers.

What do you like best? I can click share a photo from a text message and send to eFileCabinet. I can click print on any document from my computer and choose "Send to eFileCabinet" where it loads into the sidekick app where I can choose a client folder and upload it. I can print tax return documents directly from my tax software right to eFileCabinet quickly without saving to my computer. I can also scan from my scansnap S500 directly to eFileCabinet without having to save to my computer ...

Easy to use

What do you like best? Easy to scan, store, and retrieve files. What do you dislike? Set up was a bit confusing but finally worked through it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good solid solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scanning for storage of short term paperwork. Makes it easy to send invoices to accountant or to find what he missed.

Very Happy with eFileCabinet

What do you like best? Very easy to use. All of the information I need is in one place and easy to find. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to do more on sidekick instead of having to log in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I really like having all the documents I've saved in one place and being able to open a window to see those documents while I work is very helpful.

Secure/friendly document management

What do you like best? ease of use. Support is superior. Staff is used to storing files in a server share. It's taken a long time to break them into storing in document management. Easily search for files - Check-inCheck-Out feature is great since staff tends to leave files open frequently. This avoids version control problems. What do you dislike? We are on-premises.
