Very Happy with EfileCabinet

What do you like best? It's very user friendly and easy to implement in our office. What do you dislike? We are on desktop version now. I would like to move to cloud soon, but the price is too high for our volume. Recommendations to others considering the product The move is easy and goes smoothly, which is something I normally dread. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less paper in the files, which means less space is taken up.

Easy to learn, keeps the office organized

What do you like best? We love the ability the quickly create new client folders based on templates, as well as knowing who created content. The security of only allowing information on a need-to-know basis is fantastic. What do you dislike? We don't like that we can't attach documents to an email when starting from Outlook. Neutral; it's the only file store program I've used, but that doesn't mean it's the absolute best.

SecureDrawer add-in and the various ways you can mess up a step that also generates an email to your client, Acrobat Pro DC advertisement on every single view of a pdf - so annoying!! Organization and Management of Documentation with feature rich suite of administrative goodies.

What do you like best? Document versions and revisions are a breeze to navigate and collaborate. The OCR/Search function is amazing along with the automated zonal forms. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about this software - If I'm going to be critical, I would say the workflow features could be simplified with plug and play templates. What do you like best? It is very easy. I enjoy the sidekick functionality What do you dislike? I wish the user page showed names and not just their email addresses What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Filing papers has become non-existent. We now use only one file cabinet.

I have complete access to all my documents in a organized environment

What do you like best? I'm able to locate any of my documents with key words, as if it were stored on my computer, but in a secure location. I like that I'm able to upload documents to my Secure Drawer for people to access as well as how it is connected to Right Signature. The accessibility makes life a lot easier. What do you dislike? What do you like best? eFilecabinet has truly been a life saving software for our office. It brings smiles to our faces and a peace of mind to our souls. What do you like best? I love the online efc. I like the sidekick most for convenience but I love being able to access it anywhere. What do you dislike? It can be slow, it disconnects from my sharefile at times and I wish items automatically checked in when closed. I wish we could hide cabinets.
