It works as a method of filing and storing files paper free

What do you like best? Scan it in, shred the paper if it existed, have it delete itself when you say for it to that. What do you dislike? There does not seem to be an option for reviewing documents that should be deleted quickly and delete them after you saved them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Required storage with access logging of the files.

eFileCabinet is easy to use!

What do you like best? I don't worry about my computer getting overloaded with documents that I don't have room to store. What do you dislike? I don't like that documents cannot be opened when another person has checked them out onto their computer. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would get this product so that you can sort documents into an organized fashion for all the employees who will be using it. Good system overall

What do you like best? The simplicity of being able to drag and drop pdf’s right into their correct folders What do you dislike? Can’t create new drawers from the sidekick which would make adding a new client even easier then opening up the website What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No more paper files, keeps everything much more organized and easier for me to access files from anywhere from computer or mobile device

Best Option for ease of use

What do you like best? Efile cabinet has allowed us to remove paper files and have one place to go for documents What do you dislike? Online version still missing a few features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They endless hunt through metal file cabinets has saved use time over and over again

I enjoy using eFileCabinet and storing documents & referring to certain items needed at a later date

What do you like best? The ability to save and store years worth of information and being able to refer back to it when needed. What do you dislike? There really isn't a down side to this program. It's pretty self explanitory. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Storing documents from previous years and needing to refer back to those documents.

Valuable tool, needs updating

Can't drag and drop between email and efile cabinet directly Recommendations to others considering the product: be sure the drag and drop limitations aren't an issue. Extremely helpful but I can't wait to switch to the online version!

What do you like best? This changed our business in so many ways. It is secure, easy to use and it was nice to get rid of the filling cabinets and ridiculous amounts of papers. What do you dislike? Using the desktop version has been proven to be frustrating at times but only due to our server issues. Easy to use and organized data base

What do you like best? I can transfer any word document or excel spread sheet as is (it's not converted to a .pdf file into EFC. I can modify the drawers or add folders to my drawers as I see fit. What do you dislike? It's difficult or close to impossible to reinstall or upgrade the product or solve issues on my own. However, the support staff is more than happy to assist in the process but they almost always have to do it with remote access. Recommendations to others considering the ...

What do you like best? No more copying files, spending money on toner. Streamlined access virtually to clients. Dumped 6 file cabinets!! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that all the files are at my fingertips and available when we are out of the office. What do you dislike?
