An Effective and Cost Efficient Way to Go Paperless

What do you like best? eFileCabinet (EFC is a very easy to use and learn method of storing client data in easily retrievable form. We really like the fact that EFC does not change the character of the materials being stored, so a *.pdf remains a *.pdf and a *.qbb remains the Quickbooks Backup Filing templates are easy to set up, and you can modify as necessary for clients who need files that are not on the template. Great, have had it for several years

What do you like best? I like its on the cloud and how easy it is to update cabinets and add new clients with cabinets. What do you dislike? We have had some issues with files being lost after we have uploaded them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We no longer have a cabinets in our office. We are closer to a paperless office.

Positive, love the platform.

What do you like best? User-friendly. The functionality is flat to DropBox. What do you dislike? I don't love that its a separate application. I would prefer if it were integrated into my folders layout. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly as a substitute to DropBox. My understanding is the tradeoff on the price front makes EFile worth it.

Great system!

What do you like best? If I ever need assistance it is so each to chat with a real person online! What do you dislike? That I can't delete documents if needed. I know my company mostly controls this but even if I upload a wrong file there is no way to remove it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take advantage of online assistance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No more paper cluttering the office feels great!

What do you like best? It is easy to use. If I need help, I just call the help line and they can attach to see what my problem is and show me how to fix my problem. What do you dislike? When I 1st started with efile, I would call for help and no one would answer my calls. I had to reach out to one of our help desk guys here in the office to help me with my problem. What do you like best? I like that it's paperless and I can get my files easily. What do you dislike? The amount of time it takes to prep my documents to file. I can't scan directly to eFile so I have to scan them, rename them and then file them. I have to file about 2000 sheets in the beginning of the year.
