What do you like best? It keeps up with a organized and clean work flow .. everything is pretty easy to find and access What do you dislike? Haven’t had any issues or something I would dislike . Everyone in my work place hasn’t found issues yet . What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping loan files more organized and in specific files .

Great bang for the buck!

What do you like best? Mobile access, and the ability to get all our paperwork in the cloud. Search feature is also fantastic! What do you dislike? Great Experience and Great Customer Support

What do you like best? I LOVE the customer support. Every time an issue has arrived I call customer support and they are kind and quick to help me with my problem. What do you dislike? I dislike how the back arrow on EfileCabinet takes you all the way back to the front page when searching for a name. Minor setback but can be annoying at times. Documents are accessible from anywhere but not you cannot edit from their site.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Being able to access files from anywhere is probably the best feature. What aspects are problematic or could work better? You cannot edit files within their system, so everything has to be downloaded, edited then uploaded again. What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product? Helps to save time.

What do you like best? I can use tags aka name fields which allows me to search for specific item in seconds. Recently I found a way to use shortcuts with ribbon field, through ALT+#. I like that for each cabinet I can assign specific people, who will have access to its content. What do you dislike? I’ve noticed that design of the interface is different from pc to pc. What do you like best? Good storage capacity for the documents and files. Efficient intergration with other applications which makes it easy to share the files. I have been using Efile Cabinet for several years and plan to continue until the end of my career.

What do you like best? Easy to use and when you do have a problem tech support is just a quick phone call away. After hours just go to the web site and support is available. What do you dislike?
