What do you like best? I love how easy it is to save things from my email/ desktop into efile and how easy it is to use. The online platform is pretty intuitive and I like how easy it is to search in there. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to have all files online and less paper in the office. Easy to access when needed. What do you dislike? Effective tool to store digital documents

What do you like best? The drag and drop feature where files can be saved by using your mouse. What do you dislike? The program can be rather robust where opening files takes longer than I would like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We don't have to access paper files as much any longer.

What do you like best? Relatively easy to install and to run updates; the ability to have security groups to limit access What do you dislike? Pretty good product with a little room for improvement

What do you like best? The fact that someone answers the phone quickly when I call for help. Even if I reach out to my account manager first, he will take the time to track down an answer or make sure someone who can help calls me back if it's not him that can help. Everyone is very friendly and I never feel like I am bothering them by calling for help. What do you dislike? The online help could be improved. What do you like best? So far eFileCabinet has served our office well. It has moved us significantly in the direction of becoming paperless which is our goal. It is a user friendly program and easy to navigate. Our regulatory processes are almost entirely managed with eFileCabinet. What do you like best? Reduced cost of storage. Documents and files are more organized than with hard copies that can be misfiled or misplaced. What do you dislike? Good support, teachers, file storage, portal and price!

What do you like best? I've been with eFileCabinet for a long time, but recently have utilized a lot more features.The staff have all been great to talk to and work with. Support sets up an appointment and has helped me work through individual problems and set my system up to work seamlessly with my computer system and tax software. What do you dislike? Great Product!

What do you like best? What I mainly like about e-file cabinet is that the ability to store a ton of data and be able to access it easily. The features are easy to use which made training hassle free for our new hires. What do you dislike? There are times we are unable to search a client by name or email.
