Nothing really. I sometimes wish it pointed to what needs done when I miss something but it is usually easy to figure out What problems is Efficient Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? Use way less paper and ink. Only print what I must but I have it all there digitally if need be

It gives us the ability to have everything at our fingertips versus having to dig thru files.

What do you like best about Efficient Hire? Efficient forms walks our employees through the onboarding process and asks the important WOTC questions that are very important to us. What do you dislike about Efficient Hire? The only downside is sometimes it can take 15- 30 minutes for our staffing software to update when an employee finishes the onboarding.
