The services has been great for many years, I just recently called to cancel my subscription, but only because my current job does not require faxing and the only other need for faxing was tax preparation. But the tax preparers have moved to secure upload links, no longer using fax. If you NEED faxing, incoming and outgoing, it's still very well worth it.

Superb customer service experience

I do not use my fax account often, but when the need for fax arises, it is an emergency. Lack of access makes me frantic, so when I called for help today, I was like a crazy woman. Megha went above and beyond to resolve my problem and to keep me calm while she did so. I was amazed at and grateful for her kindness and patience as we worked through the issues (all of which appeared to be my own fault). My customer service rep, Iraia M.,was a total sweetheart! Helped me with all of my questions, very gracious with me throughout the entire process. She made sure I had all the info I needed. Honestly, if I was her employer, I would give her a huge raise! Thank you, Iraia!
