This my first time using efax!

This my first time using efax. I called customer service and Victoria helped me. I just needed a simple fix. Victoria was so nice and knowledgeable. Glad to learn a new way of faxing. ;)

Patrice was very helpful

Patrice was very helpful. The current efax admin left the organization and Patrice was able to get me access to the account. I was then able to troubleshoot issues for 2 users not receiving faxes. He was very persistent in helping me and responded to all my emails. His assistance was greatly appreciated. Kudos to him and his customer service.
