I called customer service seeking help…

I called customer service seeking help with unsuccessfully sent faxes. I had the pleasure of speaking with Argyro, who was extremely patient and helpful. Although we got disconnect while waiting to receive confirmation of success from a test fax, she was able to follow up with me via email. It was the simple error of not inputting the country code with the fax number. We even joked saying, "Wouldn't this be funny if I'm just missing the digit 'one' in front for the fax number?" Patrice helped me send a fax

Patrice was helping me send a fax which wasn't working. He continued to help even though it had passed his shift time. He managed to send the fax and then called me the next day to make sure all had worked. Fantastic service and a great person.

Patrice was AMAZING!

Patrice spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me to reset my password. He had such patience with me and remained professional and so so kind. It was clear I was making error after error on my end. He continued to walk me through everything until we finally resolved it. One of the best experiences I have ever had!
