I called eFax Customer Service to get clarification on adding a User to a line. Patrice was extremely helpful, and very patient with my questions. He took time and walked me through the process, then was able to give me a better understanding of how eFax works, and the solution to my problem.Give this man a raise!

As an E Fax Corporate customer, So far I have experienced a good quality support service from their Corporate Support team.I would like to thank Patrice for his support call as he helped clear out doubts and troubleshoot technical issues which we were having.
