Simple to use and super powerful…

Simple to use and super powerful e-commerce. Reminded me of Shopify when i first started using them. But I find Ecwid easier and less pricey and in some ways more powerful.

I've been using Ecwid for 3 years

I've been using Ecwid for 3 years now. With their help, I've built a full e-commerce site with hundreds of items. They've helped me learn more about marketing my small business and about SEO which is great because I'm not computer savvy. Now I'm expanding to other sales channels with them, it's so easy. Ecwid is the best thing I've done for my business.

User friendly and great support

I have used Ecwid since the beginning and I have always been impressed. Through the years they made it better and better and it has become my go-to shopping cart. They have great support and it is customizable. Highly recommended!

Great affordable platform

I've tried a couple of e-commerce platforms but Ecwid turned out the easiest and most affordable for me. I love their free plan, as you can use it for as long as you like. I've been selling on it for almost a year and then upgraded to be able to use Instagram shopping. Also, their support is actually helpful, not just a bunch of automated responses as you often see on other platforms.

Great customer support

The customer support is excellent! They reply to every single email question I have and it's not a stupid automated response like most places, it's an actual human and he has been the same one dealing with me from the beginning. Love them!

What do you like best about Ecwid? Creating an online shop with Ecwid is easy. The platform is well organised, and this is priceless with time being the essence. They have excellent tutorials and a 24/7 chat with very helpful people who guided me through linking my shop to Facebook and Instagram and shopify.

Easy and helpful

I've recently signed up with Ecwid and I'm truly amazed how easy it is to set up a store. I like the mobile app even though it's paid. The support has been great too, probably the best I've ever had. I've just started working on marketing so I haven't seen all the features but social media integrations look very interesting. Definitely recommend Ecwid to anyone looking for a reliable online store builder.

What do you like best about Ecwid? With ecwid by lightspeed i am able to display my products on the site and i make sales. Also i get accurate weekly report on the number of sales and number of visits to my virtual store.

What do you like best about Ecwid? We find managing our products very easy with the interface provided. Also, we like how easy it is to market our products on other platforms. Though, it would be even greater if there were more integrated POD services available.
