Not user friendly for some simple task like can't do searches easily. Limited on reports. Doesn't have like a simple flow chart for how to streamline daily, weekly, monthly task. You can't down size/ go down to a lower level if you upgrade. So can't use system as you slow down in business. So many steps to send out electronic claims. Should ...
