Reviewing Eclipse IDE

What do you like best? Eclipse IDE is the best platform for the JAVA developers. It has all the libraries required. Along with JAVA they have also expanded their platform and introduced Eclipse IDE for C++/C and PHP which is great. Thus, C++/C, PHP developers can also take advantage of Eclipse IDE. I have also tried Eclipse IDE for C++ and had a good experience. What do you dislike? All the commands can be auto corrected which is the downside of it I feel as we get less scope to practice ...

Perfect Java IDE

What do you like best? Eclipse is one of the best IDEs for Java. Is an open source tool for Java development, fact that turns it by several teams all over the world. The amount of available plug-ins are amazing and crucial for every software development. What do you dislike? The starting up is quite slow. The memory consumption seems to be "heavy". I believe that Eclipse development team is already working to improve this issue. I also think that Eclipse should support more programming ...

Best for Java development but not ideal for other languages

What do you like best? It is nearly configurable in every way and plugs itself into different views very well. There are plugins for all the vital software and has a very active community. You can't expect more for something that is free. Multiple language support and an excellent Git plugin make it suitable for people who prefer to use the same IDE for their programming projects. What do you dislike? Sometimes getting the Intellisense and debugger configured correctly can be difficult. ...

Amazing IDE for Java Development

I love the kind of seamless integration, the code editing and debugging features and the advanced search capabilities. The support is tremendous with the vast majority of Java developers using this as their platform to develop their applications. I have personally used Eclipse for all my Java applications including Android applications, until Android Studio came along. However, Eclipse is ...

The best option to build software

What do you like best? What I like most about eclipse is that I can get a lot of plugin on the internet and this makes it possible to extend the functionalities of the software depending on my needs.
