What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox? Ebsta has phenomenal support to help ensure you are satisfied with their product. We've been working with Eve and Alp for a few years now and they are quick to reach out and offer assistance getting us running with newly launched products and training for new hires.

"Ebsta is Awesome"
What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox? Ebsta makes life easier! That's something I literally hear from all of our users. A process that used to be a pain, getting emails into Salesforce, is now as easy as clicking a button. Ebsta has helped us to increase Salesforce adoption which in turn has given us better and more reliable data. Users also love the email tracking functionality, being able to see Salesforce data within Gmail, and using Salesforce templates right in Gmail. We love it!

What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox? I love that Ebsta is able to add emails to sfdc easily. We have a variety of tools that connect with sfdc so it allows the activity to flow to all those tools. Its really helpful when your boss asks about your activity with a client to say hey - go check out all my emails :) Also, our CSM, Alp, is awesome and always very quick to respond and super helpful.

What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox? Their willingness to work with us on our business case has been really wonderful - they are knowledgeable and diligent in their approach to logging emails and events into Salesforce, and have worked with us to customize the logging.
