"Quick and easy"

What do you like best about EasyTranslate? The UX was very easy to understand and didn't require much from me as a user to be able to upload the files prior to the project start. Good! What do you dislike about EasyTranslate? Everything has been working very well during the course of the project. What problems is EasyTranslate solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about EasyTranslate? It is an easy platform, has good translators, is fast, and has a customer focus. Relationship with our account manager is very good! We can count on her. What do you dislike about EasyTranslate? We need to manage ourselves the relationship with the translators. But frankly never had any problems so overall cannot complain. What do you like best about EasyTranslate? The platform is easy to use, clear and organised. The possibility to contact the translators is very helpful. What do you dislike about EasyTranslate? You can not change or cancel a request afterwards, without contacting the support team. What problems is EasyTranslate solving and how is that benefiting you? We're a Dutch brand with international customers. So we need all kinds of texts in differents languages.

As a freelance translator I can highly recommend EasyTranslate because of their easy and straightforward workflows and the project managers are very responsive and helpful.
