Hiromi was so helpful!!
I was a bit overwhelmed and confused trying to figure out the Easy Ship platform and how to connect it to my site so things would run smoothly, but I got in contact with the tech support and Hiromi was SO helpful and very kind. She walked me through everything and explained it all for me! Now everything is working well and I feel confident handing these websites over to their store owners to start selling online!

The platform is very user-friendly
The platform is very user-friendly, very clear.You get a quarter review with a dedicated account manager- which is very helpful.Disadvantages: Their specialty is B2C only. For B2B shipments, their shipping costs are EXTREMELY high ( In an illogical way).Other than that, highly recommended.

A clunky and buggy platform made worse with slow service and poor cust service
A clunky and buggy platform with not particularly good customer service back up! They are slow to respond, have poor service standards, and their platform books not same or next day pick ups but waits till a full second business day to arrange a pick up which is often missed and not rebooked automatically either!

Terrible company
Terrible company. Should be easy not turn up. Organised many shipments and they never turn up. The founders must be truly dumb to let this go on. Customer service is good at copy and paste that’s about itKEEEP AWAY

Appalling Customer Service and Software Issues
We are appalled at complete lack of customer service. This morning (12 hours ago) Easy Ship constantly rejected a valid Singapore address (Easy Ship is based in Singapore!) and we received zero response to our requests for help to ship our product to our customer in Singapore. Also our customer's phone number defaults to our company's phone number and even worse the software tell us we owe Easy Ship $ 0.51 but does not allow us to pay because they do not accept payments less than $1. Super easy to use and great customer service
What do you like best? Love the easy to use dashboard and how they have improved it since I first signed up. What do you dislike? haven't found anything yet, the dashboard had some issues at the start but have since been sorted! Recommendations to others considering the product: I would highly recommend What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves me so much time and confusion
What do you like best? I get a lot of orders from overseas, and Easyship allows me to gain access to couriers I normally wouldn't and at really great prices. In addition to this, I can see upfront what the expected taxes and duties on arrival will be so I can help communicate this to my customers ahead of time. What do you dislike?
