Works great but wpild like to add my own export codes

Works great but does not allow me to enter my HS number when doing international shipments. Need to use the list of generic products/codes provided. In some cases this has led to duty being charged on the product even though the product should be duty free

Waste of Time

Wasted my time - don't waste yours. Sounded like it had everything I needed - dimensional weight calculations, shipping rules, carrier rates displayed to customers, but virtually none of these things worked. Support was of no help, I have multiple tickets still open with them and it has been a month now with no answers. I have been shipping several hundred boxes with you this past month. I am not upset about the horrible shipping. That's not your fault. But I have a major problem and have called and emailed you and no response. That is really bad. If you want me to go somewhere else I will. But this is terrible on your end.Alan Battman

Useless and Not worth the headache

I do not understand how this company operates, never picks up the phone and the software is useless, I had orders delivered over 2 months showing as in transit to customer on my dashboard. They hide behind emails and it seems like i am speaking to robots who are never helpful, if you can avoid them do it at all cost, trust me it will be headache.
