Around the clock customer service

Customer service was great and was able to answer all my questions. I appreciated that I was even able to get my answer at 11pm Alaska time. However, I did have to wait in queue for about 1.5 hours. I did have the option of asking my question and getting an email response later, but as I was mailing out my first batch the next morning, I wanted to make sure I got an answer before I went to bed. The best DDP shipping solution for your business

Easyship are incredible. I recently let them know about an oversight on their platform where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping was only available on higher priced options from UPS. They are now also offering this with UPS standard! How many companies respond to feedback so quickly and make an immediate change to their product like this? All good!

In general, all is very good and you guys are also very super responsive! But just a little thing would be, annoying questions about the satisfactory, when the case is not yet solved, or neither has any operator responded yet. But I do understand automation and so, but you are able to adjust it accordingly.

so far so good. been using only singpost speedpost.the price and delivery time is two thumbs up. since day one till now, no customer complain of missing parcel. another thumbs up for this, hope it stays that way. I tried only once ninja van, dun like it at all. expensive and slow and I read a lot of the reviews online, not very good. therefore I remove it out from my online platform so my customers will not select ninjavan as choice option.

It wasn't clear if my package will be picked up when I check in my Account after waiting for a few hours for update. In the end, I just did a rescheduling.

Room for improvement

Love shipping with Easyship but customer support is definitely the worst part of the experience. They rarely get back to you when they say they will, they lack a sense of urgency when it comes to dealing with issues which requires quick resolution, and they never takes financial responsibility for issues caused on their end. Great customer support and service in general.

Had an issue with a very large shipment once expecting to lose all that money, Easyship refunded me so that worked out fantastically. Much faster and easier to navigate and ship things than through usps directly and especially for international shipments. Shipped over 40 things so far, not a single issue!
