Prompt follow-up as new info arrived and concern for my situation facing a possibly lost package.

Joshi is Excellent

Joshi was the person that helped me. This entire situation was very frustrating and took close to 3 months. Joshi was very good at advice and follow up. I would highly recommend him for advancement in your organization. I spoke with several people during the process but he was without question the exception in performance and follow thru.

Mostly great!

Experience with customer support is mostly great, as they reply promptly and help to resolve the issues as soon as possible. The only issue I had was with one of the customer support, as she could not get me the proof of delivery for one of the orders for close to 2 weeks, but when i approached another customer support, he got it to me within 30 minutes! It has been close to 3 weeks, and yet the first customer support still hasn't gotten back to me about the proof of delivery despite asking ...

Easy Ship is an incredible service with very well trained people working to help you fulfill your shipping needs. Personally, I recommend the premium service because you get phone support and the website can be a little tricky but if you didn’t have the phone support you could still use the chat and figure it out but either way I highly recommend them five stars
