What do you like best about Easy Insight? Responsive and truly helpful customer service!!! Any reports that don't already exist, or I am unsure of how to create myself...they are happy to help. Intuitive and very flexible tool

PROS: Collecting data from multiple sources and reporting is made really easy with a standard suite of tools, and excellent customization options. We apply it mostly for Highrise data, but we also make combinations with internal data from our services, suh as accounting. PROS: These are the things I like the most about Easy Insight: easy and practical access to all data sources, building connections between them, automated reporting, automated dashboards, using a simple URL to share reports and to download them, consolidating reports on complex dashboards which provide for data calculation and conditional modifications. PROS: Working with piles of different data per day it's never easy, and one easily gets confused. I have to upload, configure, and display information accurately, and that's where EI has been most handy to me. The dashboard is complex, but intuitively navigated, meaning that you can simplify it using very basic controls. PROS: I've used Easy Insight for few years, and I honestly think it is one of the most comprehensive and capable BI products on the market. At the same time, it was simple enough for savvy users to understand it, even such that had no experience with data management at all.
