Mainly used for approvals, budget tracking, etc. the benefits realized include that it allows processes to move forward from any location.

What do you like best? The power of the document management system to keep my team members informed of submittal or drawing information that is pertinent to their expertise is very useful. I've set this up as a template so that previously setup folder subscriptions based on their respective areas are automatically configured. What do you like best? I love everything about e-Builder. e-Builder functions as advertised and more. The cost module reports financial data in a format standard to the construction industry. What do you like best? It does help keep all the projects very organized and you can run reports by numerous subjects , people or projects. What do you dislike? I find ebuilder very hard to use. We are constantly setting up new processes, and forgetting to put someone on a project and they are not able to access The processes bounce back and forth with multiple versions and you can only cancel if you were the originator. What do you like best? Able to upload files and share contract process with other members of the job. Able to see upcoming meetings in the side bar. I like the tabs on the top of the main page allows for easy flow between the different types of project management, helps to keep things organized.
